Subfloor flatness assessment and concrete pad elevation mapping before every floor tile installation. Waterproofing membrane installation before every shower tile project. Correct Materials
Polymer-modified mortar appropriate for each tile type and substrate. Mechanical leveling clips on all large-format installations. Unsanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch.
